Material in this box includes those related to: The Aero Club of the United Kingdom dinner menu from 1908 and the Club's presentation of their Gold Medal to the Wright Brothers, The Schneider Trophy Contest, The Royal Aero Club celebrations, Flying at Hendon, Trans-Atlantic flights, African flights, Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators, The First Hundred British Aviators and The Pioneers of British Aviation, Luncheons to Amy Johnson, Luncheon for Amelia Earhart and more.
M Historic Pamphlets 74 is an archive box containing dinner menus of varying purposes including to celebrate the creation of a recently built aerodrome or military commemorations. Miscellaneous items are also included. More specific groupings are as follows: dinners held by the All Peoples' Association, dinners commissioned under the R.F.C and R.N.A.S (as well as other air services), The Aerodrome Owners Association dinners as well as further sources, menus from flights taken with British Airways, BOAC and Air New Zealand. Menus from the Lord Ventry collection have also been including within this box. Items include, the 19th reunion dinner of the Kingsnorth Airship Association (1937), the Annual Airship Dinner (1944), the inaugural luncheon of the Society of Motor Manufacturers & Trades (1913), and the reunion dinner for Naval Airships Anglesey (1921).

Assortments can be divided into The Society of British Aircraft Constructors dinners featuring flying displays, The Society of British Aircraft Constructors International Aero Expedition held at Olympia, The Society of British Aircraft Constructors banquets, Handley Page anniversary, Avro 504 Club as well as additional separate material. The box also includes a 10th anniversary dinner to mark the first direct transatlantic flight, Air League Dinner of 1938, menu from the Aeronautical Club, the first crossing of the North Sea by balloon by Mammoth, 50th anniversary of the Whittle jet engine, FR Banks awarding of the John Curtis Sword for 1979 and an RAF dinner menu from 14 June 1919.
