The committee is drawn from members of the British Airline Pilots Association, the Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators, the Guild of Air Traffic Control Officers and the Royal Aeronautical Society. The committee recommends that a new and co-ordinated national programme of Air Traffic Management Studies and system planning for the future be initiated, with international agreement upon principles and plans at appropriate stages.
