A collection of historical letters from key figures in aeronautics both in the UK and further afield. The collection primarily contains letters to or from senior members of the Royal Aeronautical Society and its predecessor, the Aeronautical Society of Great Britain.
The collection was compiled for an unpublished history of the Royal Aeronautical Society by J. Lawrence Pritchard. Additional letters were added to the collection by AWL Naylor.
